Ordering Procedure – The Peacock Print House

To ensure a smooth ordering process, please follow these steps when placing your order:

Step 1: Place Your Order & Make Payment

  • Choose the magnet set size you’d like to order.
  • Payment must be made in full before we begin printing.
  • Payment details will be provided at checkout or via direct message.

Step 2: Email Your Photos

  • After making your payment, email your photos to [email protected].
  • In your email, please include:
    • Your full name
    • Your order details (e.g., set of 6, 12, or 18 magnets)

Step 3: Photo Review & Confirmation

  • Once we receive your email, we will review your photos to ensure they are suitable for printing.
  • If there are any issues (e.g., low resolution), we will contact you.
  • Once approved, we will confirm that your order is being processed.

Step 4: Order Fulfilment & Completion

  • Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be completed.
  • Once your order is ready, we will notify you about pickup or postage.
  • If you have chosen pickup, collection is available in Montrose, Melbourne.

Step 5: Privacy & Photo Deletion

  • Once your order has been fulfilled, all submitted photos will be permanently deleted from our devices.
