Terms & Conditions – The Peacock Print House

By placing an order with The Peacock Print House, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Order Processing

   • Full payment is required before printing will commence.
   • Once payment is received, you must email us your photos for printing.

2. Photo Suitability

   • After receiving your photos, we will review them to ensure they are suitable for printing. If there are any issues, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

3. Order Fulfilment & Turnaround Time

   • Please allow up to one (1) week for your order to be completed.
   • Once your order has been fulfilled, all submitted photos will be permanently deleted from our devices.

4. Advertising & Promotional Use

   • We may use images of completed orders for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your order to be used in advertising, please inform us at the time of purchase.

5. Pickup & Delivery

   • Local pickup is available in Montrose, Melbourne.
   • Postage options are available, and additional charges may apply.
